NetImmerse Override will appear in in NMM's Mods list once it's downloaded. Double-click the NetImmerse Override entry to Activate it. OR Manual Download with NMM Start NMM and click on Mods. In the left icon bar, click on Add Mod From File and select the downloaded archive file. NetImmerse Override will now appear in the list.

Netimmerse Override for SSE
Hey I tried downloading Racemenu without activating it and it says netimmerse override is missing so one of my mods won't work. Even when activating the mod and unchecking the plugins it still doesn't work.
Among the data saved is NetImmerse Override info. NetImmerse is the library that Bethesda used to control actor appearances and SKSE utilizes the override info in it's cosave to allow things like Racemenu tattos, XPSMP weapon styles, AllGUD item placement, and a huge number of other things that impact how an actor (i.e. PCs, NPCs, mobs, etc) look.
